Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Because our templates are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase, all monthly charges are final. You can cancel anytime and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period.

We understand that happens. Unfortunately we're unable to issue refunds for renewal charges. We recommend canceling before your next billing date if you no longer wish to continue. You can manage your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.
